We offer coverage specifically for color fading or tarnishing, provided that the product has been used and stored with care.

1. Anti-Tarnish (Non-Plated) Jewelry

  • Covered by a 6-month warranty on color only

  • Warranty is conditional, and valid only when:

    • The product is not exposed to perfumes, sanitizers, or other chemicals

    • The product is not exposed to hot water

    • Appropriate care and storage are followed

2. 18K Gold-Plated (Demi-Fine) Jewelry

  • Covered by a 1-year warranty on color only

  • These products are designed for low-maintenance use, and do not require frequent cleaning or special handling during the warranty period

🚫 What Is Not Covered

Please note that the following are not covered under the warranty:

  • Products priced below ₹599 are not eligible for any warranty

  • Physical damage, including:

    • Broken chains or snaps

    • Stone fall-offs

    • Scratches, dents, cracks, or signs of mishandling

  • Natural fading of shine or luster over time

  • Minor dullness, wear and tear, or surface discoloration

  • Color fade due to improper usage, such as:

    • Use of harsh chemicals or water

    • Excessive rubbing, friction, or mishandling

📜 Warranty Terms

  • The warranty is applicable only if the product color changes entirely, and not for superficial dullness or expected wear.

  • To file a claim:

    • You must present a valid proof of purchase

    • The product must be within the warranty period

  • Infinite Jewelry reserves the right to inspect and assess any product before approving a warranty claim.

  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable and non-extendable under any circumstance.
