We specialize in high-quality stainless steel jewelry, including:

  1. 18k gold-plated stainless steel jewelry – manufactured in-house
  2. Non-plated stainless steel jewelry – sourced from verified suppliers

All product details are clearly listed on respective product pages. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to photography or screen differences.

3. Product Disclaimer

Our 18k gold-plated products are made with durable plating but are not solid gold.

Non-plated jewelry is resale (not manufactured by us) but quality-checked before dispatch.

Plated jewelry may tarnish over time if exposed to hot water,perfume, or chemicals.

We recommend reviewing product care instructions before purchase.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

You’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

Dispatch time: 1–3 working days
Delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Pan-India using trusted partners such as DTDC, India Post, and others (via Shiprocket).

Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown during checkout based on your delivery location.

7. Return, Refund & Cancellation

We do not accept returns due to hygiene and customization concerns.

Cancellations are only allowed before dispatch within 24 hours of ordering. Post-dispatch, orders cannot be canceled.

In rare cases of wrong/damaged product delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with a unboxing video (uncut and unedited from start to end)
